This is a handmade jacket. It measures 23" across the chest, length is 31" and the sleeves are 22". We ship to U.S confirmed addresses only! Shipping orders are usually sent out Monday thru Friday, this is after your payment has been processed. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. I prefer to use Priority Mail for many of my packages.
